Our wines express the identity of our vineyards

WinesTrufa 2020

In 2016, the first wine from Quinta do Olival Velho was produced – “Trufa”.

This wine is produced with grapes from a single plot of the estate’s vineyard, the “Vinha do Olival”. This plot, located at an altitude of 350 metres with a northern exposure, has specific characteristics that allow it to create red wines with great identity. “Trufa” is a very complex wine, with excellent structure and concentration. It has lively, firm tannins of great elegance and an enormous freshness that the altitude and northern exposure of the vineyard give it.
